How long does it take to receive my order?
We immediately prepare your order the same day of receiving it and ship it the second day , but if you order on weekends ; orders might take 2 days to be shipped
Same day delivery is available for orders ordered before 12 pm in Cairo & Giza

How do I exchange my order?
You can exchange your order within 48 hours of receiving it , as we accept exchanges for swim-shorts within 24 hours of receiving your order, No returns or exchanges for underwear
We do accept returns if only you have received a defective or an incorrect product

What if I did not receive my order?
Do not do anything, your order is our responsibility until it reaches you safely. Just contact us ,and we will find out for you where your order is
What type of payments do we accept?
For now, we have two types of payments
-Cash on delivery
-We are working on adding more payment options
Can I return a product that I bought with a discount?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for discounted orders

Can I add items to an order that I placed?
It is not possible to add items to an existing order that you have already placed. After you have placed your order, the order will be processed in our warehouse almost immediately ,but you can contact us for more details
Where do we manufacture and design our products?
We design our products in turkey, and our manufacturing phase takes place between Egypt and Turkey

Yes, we provide an order tracking number for some orders ,and some others won’t have a tracking number. Don’t worry your order is safe with us until it reaches you
